Using the Wash

Do I stay in my car or does someone drive it?

You stay in your vehicle. Our wash uses a conveyor belt that guides your car through automatically.

Why was the top brush turned off on my vehicle?

If your vehicle has roof racks or attachments, we may disable the top brush to prevent any risk of damage. Your safety always comes first.

Are there any vehicle restrictions?

Yes. Certain vehicles may not be compatible with our wash for safety reasons.

We cannot wash:

  • Vehicles taller than 88.5 inches
  • Vehicles lower than 2.5 inches from the ground
  • Vehicles wider than 100 inches (tire to tire)
  • Trucks with fuel tanks that have unsecured hoses
  • Flatbed trucks
  • Trucks with items or debris in the bed
  • Vehicles with ladders or large ladder racks
  • Vehicles with large tripod-style mirrors
  • Vehicles with severe pre-existing damage

Note: Trailer hitches should be removed for the best wash result. This list is subject to change at any time.

Can you wash dually trucks or vehicles with wide tires?

Yes. We can wash both, as long as the total width from the outside of the driver-side tire to the outside of the passenger-side tire is less than 100 inches.

Membership & Account

How do I manage my membership (update card, cancel, or change plans)?

You can manage everything at kwash.com/myaccount. Or reach out and we will help you right away.

Why can't I change my membership plan?

This is usually due to a declined payment method. Once your card is updated, you will be able to make changes.

How do I transfer my membership to a new vehicle?

If your license plate stays the same, you do not need to do anything. If it is a different plate, contact us and we will take care of it.

Will I receive a confirmation when I make changes to my account?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation anytime you update your card, change plans, or cancel.

Will I be charged after I cancel?

Once canceled, you will not be billed again. Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds on Unlimited memberships?

Unlimited memberships are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing, and your plan remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.

What is a Quick Pass?

Quick Pass is a pay-per-wash option that is automatically billed to your card using your license plate. There is no monthly commitment. You are only charged when you visit.

What is an Unlimited Plan?

Our Unlimited Plan lets you wash your vehicle as often as you would like for one low monthly price.

Help & Support

Can I get a copy of my receipt?

Yes. Unlimited members can access receipts anytime at kwash.com/myaccount. For Quick Pass purchases, contact us and we will send it over.

Weather

Are you open in extremely cold weather?

We are almost always open. We only close if road conditions become unsafe.
