Vehicles we cannot wash:
a. Vehicles at a height greater than 88.5”
b. Vehicles that sit 2.5” or lower to the ground
c. Vehicles wider than 97” from outside driver tire tread to outside passenger tire tread
d. Trucks with beds containing fuel tanks w/ hoses attached. Fuel tanks with secured hoses are okay. In addition, we cannot wash vehicles with flatbeds.
e. Trucks with uncovered beds that are not completely empty and free of any kind of debris
f. Trucks/vans with ladders
g. Vehicles with large ladder racks
h. Vehicles with permanently affixed, tripod-style mirrors
i. Vehicles with severe pre-existing damage
j. Trailer hitches must be removed for a clean rear end.

Yes, because we use dual 30” wide conveyor belts, our wash can handle vehicles with wide wheels and tires. As long as each wheel is under 30” wide and as long as long as the total tire width is less than 97” from outside driver tire tread to outside passenger tire tread, you can use our wash.

It is an automated wax, buff and shine system. We have taken the hand wax and buff service and automated it into our wash. With our Full Buff ‘N Shine package, you will receive hot Armor All Extreme Shine Carnuba Wax which is then gently applied with our soft cloth wheel. Then at the end of the tunnel, our polishing system will buff the finish to a sparkling shiny finish.

Unlimited Plan is an unlimited monthly wash plan. With Unlimited Plan, you can wash your vehicle as much as you want (once per day) for one monthly recurring fee. If you like to keep your car clean and want faster service, then Unlimited Plan is the most economical way to do so. You can manage your plan online and cancel anytime, online or in person at the wash. No contracts and no commitments.

If you have your license plate, please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle. You can also call/text us at 844-927-4386, and we can process this request for you. To process this request, we will need the old license plate # and the new one.

Yes, our facility is designed to operate in extremely cold weather using heated water and heated air drying. This combined with our translucent roof design helps to keep our tunnel a warm temperature inside.
Since water does freeze at 32 degrees and below, there is a risk of freezing once you leave the wash. However, our heated super dry system will remove most of the water from the surface of your car. That being said, we do recommend that you spray lock deicer into your door locks after the wash then insert your key and turn it back and forth a couple times. Also, wiping down the door jams will help prevent the doors from freezing shut.
